This site is operated by GHL Financial Services (“GHL,” “we,” “us”). It supports our discovery-call workflow: collecting the information a prospective client shares before an initial consultation. Questions about this policy can be sent to mike@ghlfinancial.com.
When you complete the discovery intake form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone, and a description of your trusts, business entities, and estate-planning situation. We do not ask for sensitive account numbers or credentials through this form.
We use the information solely to prepare for and conduct your discovery call: to contact you, schedule the meeting, build the trust/entity diagrams and personalized presentation, and follow up with a recap. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We rely on a small number of vendors to run this workflow, each handling data only on our behalf:
We keep discovery-call information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing mike@ghlfinancial.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
This is a starting template and not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
