The $299 fee is non-refundable. With at least 24 hours' notice you can reschedule once or apply it as a credit toward other GHL services (valid for 12 months). Joining late doesn't extend your session; a missed session, or cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, forfeits the fee. If GHL cancels, you choose a new time, a credit, or a full refund.
